Weight Down To Stay Down

Like many golfers, I have always had a problem staying down during the swing. Too often, I will rise up during the downswing.
I solve the problem by periodically playing a few non-competitive rounds and practicing with a pair of 2-pound ankle weights attached to my feet. (Otherwise, under Rule 14-3, Artificial Devices and Unusual Equipment, this is illegal.)
It is amazing how much you will feel planted to the ground. The feeling will carry over to when you play without the weights.
