Integra MOI Plus Wood Shaft:
This new shaft is the answer to the oversize high moment of inertia (MOI) drivers.
Designers have increased the MOI, increased the clubhead size and set the head center of gravity far back and low in the head. All of these design techniques have created a lot of unwanted movement of the clubhead during the golfer's swing while placing more load and strain on the golf shaft.
To help counteract these unwanted loading effects caused by high MOI heads, the Integra MOI Plus HIGH MOI Wood Shaft increased the area MOI of the shaft. Increasing the MOI increases the stiffness. The increased stiffness helps negate the effects of the increased loading from the modern clubheads.
