HTC's Trinity shipped with a GPS receiver, but there was no software support for it, so it was as good as deadweight. Now hackers have managed to enable the GPS receiver and released the hack in the form of a firmware patch for the HTC Trinity, also known as the Orange M700. See the forum post for more details.Efforts are on to enable GPS on another device, the HTC Hermes, also known as the TyTn, O2 XDA Trion or i-mate JASJAM.
