Brand name (Pro-line) Golf clubs, Bags and all accessories are only covered by this guarantee. The item must be new and in unused condition and also returned in the same shipping carton. Premium Custom Built Golf Clubs are Not Covered by this Guarantee Sales are FINAL. Also, all sales are final on ProSeriesGolf closeout items – no refunds or exchanges.
Order Acceptance -All orders placed are accepted on the basis of prices and terms prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
ProSeriesGolf.com (Seller) accepts Buyer's order on the condition that Buyer assents to the Terms and Conditions as set forth below and waives any differing terms. If not in writing, such assent and waiver shall be evidenced either by the failure of the Buyer to object in writing within 5 days from the date of first receiving a copy of these Terms or by accepting delivery of the first shipment hereunder, whichever occurs first.
Terms & Prices -All prices are NET, F.O.B. Seller's warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice; prices in effect at time of delivery will apply.
Payment -We accept (a)credit card (VISA or Master Card), (b)Prepaid Bank Money Orders and certified checks. There is a $20.00 charge for returned checks, regardless of the face amount. Seller retains ownership of all goods until full payment is received.
Freight & Shipping Policy -All shipments are F.O.B. city of Auburn Hills, Michigan. Unless otherwise requested, shipments are delivered via UPS Ground Service. Freight is charged as shown in our Shipping Rate Chart and valid for the 48 contiguous United States. Because of size and weight limitations, shipments may arrive in more than one package. Please wait 5 business days for all parcels to arrive before contacting us.
Out of Stock -We carry a large inventory of all catalog items, however, from time to time our supply is exhausted. If an item is temporarily out of stock it will not delay delivery of the portion of your order which is in stock, unless requested.
Shortage/Damaged Goods -For damages or shortages occurring during shipping, Buyer shall make claim against the carrier. Such claims for damaged goods or shortages must be made with the carrier within ten (10) days of invoice date. All claims for shortages or damages must be received by Seller within 48 hours upon receipt of shipment.
Return Authorization -NO returns will be accepted without valid cause and only with Seller's prior written authorization. All return shipments must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid. No C.O.D. shipment will be accepted. Buyer may return the merchandise to Seller within 7 (seven) days upon receipt if the merchandise is in the same condition as when shipped. Any non-defective merchandise returned is subject to a 15 % restocking fee.
Warranty Duration -All goods are covered by a limited warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship, under normal usage, for a period of 30 days (one) month from verified date of purchase subject to Seller's inspection. Seller will repair or replace at his sole discretion. Seller's responsibility is limited only to the price paid for the product.
Warranty Coverage -Our product is warranted against defective material or workmanship when used under normal playing conditions. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, in shipment, unreasonable use, misuse, neglect, commercial use, or other causes not arising out of defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not cover third party workmanship and does not apply to normal wear and tear.
What Constitutes Unreasonable Use -Any club that has ball dents/fractures which are not of the face (driver strikes ball outside the face surface) are not covered under warranty.
Dents on the sole, toe, top of club (crown) are not covered. Oversize drivers (over 550 cc's) have very thin faces and should not be used by players with a swing speed over 90 mph.
Warranty Performance -Simply obtain a return authorization number and return the defective product together with a copy of the purchase invoice within the warranty period. During the above one month period, a product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with the same or comparable product (at our option) when the product is returned. The replacement product will be in warranty for the balance of the one month warranty period. No change will be made for such replacement. If a refund is necessary, refunds will be limited to the original purchase price.
IMPORTANT: You must call 734-306-7911 for a return authorization number before returning any product. Shipping charges (if any) are not refunded.

Jurisdiction -The laws of the State of Michigan of this agreement between seller and Buyer.
